Payment information:
Customers
located within
the Buffalo metro area can pay us using check, money order, cash
or credit card (online through Paypal). We require a 50% deposit
and balance must be paid upon delivery or pick-up of the product.
Customers
located outside
the Buffalo metro area must pre-pay in full through Paypal using
either credit card or e-check.
Shipping / Delivery information:
Customers will be billed for actual UPS shipping costs plus
$3.00 per box handling. Local pick-up is available at no charge during
regular business hours. Delivery is available in the Buffalo metro area
and will be charged per trip. Free delivery is available in select areas
- call for info. Delivery time on most screen print orders is 2 to 3
weeks from time of deposit.
Sales
Tax:
East Side Tees must collect 4.75% New York State sales tax.
Resellers and exempt organizations must present a tax exempt # at time
of purchase in order to wave the sales tax.
Artwork:
We
prefer files created in Macromedia Freehand 8 or earlier. Jpeg
or .ai files may be acceptable depending on the design. Clean
hardcopy images (laserwriter quality on white paper) are acceptable
for line art graphics.
East Side Tees charges $25 per hour for art charges. The less work we have to do to get your design from computer to screen or from paper to computer to screen, the less you pay. Business card graphics and chicken scratches on napkins take TIME to reproduce. More colors, more re-drawing, & more clean-up = more money.
The
only way to avoid art charges altogether is to provide us with film
or vellum positives, to size, and to our specifications.
